1. Coating
Used to change the surface characteristics of the face material. Such as improving the surface tension, changing the color, adding a protective layer, etc., to make it better accept ink and easy to print. It is precise because of this coating that the printing type adhesive paper will be divided into laser and inkjet. For example, our most common self-adhesive paper with a bright surface is generally not suitable for inkjet printer printing.
2. Adhesive
Before tearing off the backing paper on the label surface and attaching the label to the surface of an object, the adhesive separates the surface material from the backing paper coated with silicone resin.
3. Facial paper
The face paper is the content carrier of the entire self-adhesive label, the back of the face material is the gluer, and the front is the coating. Simply put, facial paper is used to print graphic information and records.
4. Bottom paper
It protects the label from being sticky before use, and the backing paper also supports the label to ensure that the label will not bend or curl during the processing of the label. Common ones are the white grid, Lange, and yellow background.
